PRINCIPAL’S REPORT:

• The theme for this year is going to focus on the Beatitudes
• Tuition tracking report was reviewed
• Enrollment information was shared
• A condensed form of the 2007-2008 budget was presented
• Current matching gift balance is at $23,428.06; this much more than last year’s numbers
• School board members are needed to participate in self-study committees
• Some classrooms have been re-arranged; each classroom now has 3 computers; the server is still being configured
• Exit survey summary was discussed as was how to release this information to school families
• An enrichment program will be implemented for grades 4-8 or possibly 5-8; this will be one period per week and students will be mixed across grade levels; 8th graders would be given first choice of courses

FINANCE:

• Principal will get finance a copy of the revised budget

POLICY:

• Nothing to report

MARKETING:

• No meeting last month

OLD BUSINESS:

• Plans for the Back-to-School BBQ were finalized; Pakka B’s will be coming to offer snow cones
• Some information on the website needs to be updated
