PASTOR’S REPORT:

• Father was wondering about our procedures for complying with immunization records
• The new security system has been installed and will go into use next week

PSR REPORT:

• Parent conferences are being held

PRINCIPAL’S REPORT:

• St. Ferdinand students presented outstanding science projects on volcanoes that were recently completed
• Still working on tracking down tuition from last year
• Tuition collection looks good for this year so far
• Matching gift funds are at $52,738.75
• The School Improvement document is being edited by the teachers
• The Advancement Council met at St. Ferdinand; they are discussing how to track inquiries into the school, how to keep up contacts, marketing, etc.; next session is November 27
• St. Patrick Center Key Player Initiative is going to be our Advent mission project; a representative will be here on November 29 to speak with the children
• Spell-a-Thon results were outstanding; profits are 100% except for a few prizes which a family donated
• All school/community members will be wearing a button this week in honor of a school family member who recently passed away

FINANCE:

• St. Martin DePorres Club 200 might be continuing
• Technology needs for the school were discussed

POLICY:

• None

MARKETING:

• Participation in the Christmas parade on December 1st was discussed; the date conflicts with a few other scouting/parish activities

OLD BUSINESS:

• The Preschool Fall Festival went very well; almost 70 children attended

NEW BUSINESS:

• None
