The Preschool is ready to begin a new school year. Mrs. Nirgenau and Mrs. Wirtel have decorated the room with each child's name and birthday on a dinosaur - a Stegosaurus, Triceratops or a Brontosaurus.

The Monday, Wednesday, Friday class will start the year writing their name and creating a booklet titled "I'm Thumbody Special". The Tuesday, Thursday class will adjust to new surroundings and new friends. They will also focus on colors and shapes and cutting during the month of September.

We would also like to introduce our new pet - Rocky, the leopard gecko. He is very active, very friendly and usually very hungry for crickets and mealworms. Rocky joins our other classroom pet, Kernel, the corn snake.
