As I look out the window today, the sun is shining brightly, there is a gentle breeze, and it's around 33 degrees. Even two out of three won't get us outside. But wait... we have many indoor lessons and activities that will keep our minds and bodies in shape. And we are still preparing for the Presidential Physical Fitness Test. Our running program continues with indoor soccer, spongee hockey, noodle tag, and some other odd-named activities. The coming holidays will prove to be a challenge to some waist lines; just don't let your line waste!
