The music classroom in October has been filled will spooky Halloween songs but now that November is here we will begin working on the music for our Advent Program. Grades one, three, five, and seven will be participating in the program this year.

Our third grade students have also been anxiously awaiting their new recorders. This year they will be participating with the "Link Up" program through the St. Louis Symphony and Carnegie Hall. This program introduces the students to the orchestra and how music is composed. In May they will attend a concert at Powell Hall, where they will have the opportunity to play along with the symphony on two songs. The students are very excited.
