Last year of Grade School for the Great 8M
September happenings!

The students are busy already. The school year is dedicated to the Rosary. We are concentrating on the Luminous Mysteries this quarter. The Friday mass that the eighth grade prepared had skits depicting the five Luminous Mysteries. The skit writers and actors made the mysteries come alive and explained each one. Great job, 8M! As pictured below is the 4th Luminous Mystery.

The students have discovered that there are many Saints in the month of September. They are making brochures on various Saints, in September, October, November, and December. All the work will be compiled on the computer and printed.

Jesus told Ann, a lay apostle,"Dearest Apostle, walk with me as one of My guards of honor. I love you immeasurably." This is taken from the book Serving in Clarity by Anne, a lay apostle. Published by Direction for our Times, 2008.

We are walking with Jesus when we practice 'Responsibility'. This is our character word for the month. The students have come to realize that there are many responsibilities that they have. They realized this when they developed the Great 8M class rules. It was found that responsibilities lie to their parents, themselves, and to the school. It is not easy to live the the path that Jesus wants us to walk, as we are grow up, says the students.

Blessed, sunny days in Christ.
