FEED THE BEAR!!!!! FEED THE BEAR!!!!! The fifth grade class is sponsoring the Advent mission project. We are collecting money for the St. Patrick's Center to put a key on a homeless person's key chain. The students are asked to feed the bear all loose change to show we care about the homeless. The jar is filling up! Keep up the good work.
At the end of Advent we will raffle off the bears and books by the money jars. The money will be added to the mission project. Also, we will dress in red and green on December 21 and donate $1.00 to the mission project. We hope our project is successful!
We have been working hard in the D.A.R.E. class. We wrote our essays, took a quiz, learned songs, and are getting ready for graduation on December 18. Please join us for our graduation! We are proud of our accomplishments! Our Advent Concert is Wednesday, December 19. We are working hard learning the songs. We will perform Wednesday morning at 10:00 for our grandparents/special persons. We will perform for our parents Wednesday evening at 7:00. This is the last day of school before Christmas vacation. The fifth grade is planning the all school mass that day. Please join us in worship. Shortly after mass, we will have our Christmas party. Monday, December 10, 2007
