So Long...Where did the Year Go?

Hello Everyone,

It's May already! We are so busy getting ready for graduation. We are making a memory book, and we have spent a lot of time getting ready for the Mother's Day Tea. It was a great morning with our moms. The children are now practicing their parts for the graduation program on May 29 at 1:30 p.m. Our seventh grade buddies are also helping us with a surprise project for our parents.

We are heading to the Arch and the zoo this month too. Our buddies from 7th grade are such a big help on field trips, so thank you to Mrs. Heredia and the entire 7th grade class.

We have a May altar in our classoom with flowers for the Blessed Mother. The children have been praying a decade of the rosary each day with me. Thank you to all the moms who helped us make rosaries this year. The rosaries are such a special keepsake and reminder of our year in Kindergarten.

We are working very hard until the last day of school on May 29. Remember to read and work on your summer packet this summer. The packets will be sent home the last week of May.

We hope everyone has a relaxing and safe summer!!

See you soon!
