We recently read several stories on how we are changing our enviornment to make it harder for many plants and animals to live. We read about extinction and ways we can prevent it. Here are our ideas:

• To keep the earth clean, we can recycle bottles and throw away trash in trash cans. We could use both sides of the paper.
• Help keep the earth clean by recycling. Don't litter. Pick up litter when you see it. Clean up the lakes and be earth friendly!
• To keep the earth clean, we should recycle cans, paper, and plastic. We need to pick up trash. We should walk instead of drive.
• Keeping the earth healthy is a big job. That's what enviornmental conservationists do but we can help too by living the three Rs - reduce, resue, recycle.
• One day my friends and I wanted to clean the earth. First, we picked up bottles and cans. Then we put them into a tub and brought them to a recycling center. We picked up glass so no one would step on it. We will get together every two weeks to recycle.
