November We Remember and Give Thanks

Welcome to our November news. Seventh grade is enjoying the nice weather we are having. We are sending home Progress Reports on Friday, November 20th. The students are reading biographies and autobigraphies this quarter. They will write a traditional book report on their two books. There is a wide variety of people the students are reading about.

In Religion class, the students are studying about the Apostles and Mary. They will memorize the Apostle's names and their symbol.

In English class the students have started syudying nouns. We had a discussion on whether or not the plural form of fish, is fish or fishes. Do you know? Some students are still in disagreement, even after we looked it up in the dictionary.

The class is preparing the Liturgy for the November 24th Mass. We hope you can join us. The Mass is the Memorial of St. Andrew Dung-Lac and Companions.

We also would like to thank our Spelling Bee participants for reprsenting our class.

We wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.

Blessings,

Mrs. Heredia
