Lent is a time for prayer, fasting, and giving, which the seventh graders are doing. The students have made a cross to place on the front of their desk. Good deeds and kind acts are to be noted by placing a sticker on their cross. The students are also involved in the Penny Cup Challenge to benefit Our Lady's Inn. To help the Kindergarteners, the class sits with their Kindergarten Buddy during Stations of the Cross. The seventh graders will be preparing the March 7th, Friday Mass. You are all welcome to join us for Mass.

The class will be going to Incarnate Word Academy to see the play, ANNIE. The date we attend the performance is on Thursday, February 28th. This is a wonderful opportunity to see a live performance of talented high school students.

It is hard to believe, but third quater will end on March 7, 2008. The class has worked hard this quarter, and progress reports for mid point are due by February 22, 2008.
